Oral magnesium has to survive your gut and build in your bloodstream over weeks — and absorption varies wildly based on the form, your gut health, and what else you took that day. How is this different from a regular Epsom salt bath?

How long before I notice a difference?

Can I use it if I'm pregnant or have a health condition?

We'd ask you to check with your GP or midwife before adding any new product, including Tune. A warm (not hot) bath is generally fine in pregnancy, but "hot" is the operative word for our mechanism — and hot baths in pregnancy carry real risks. We're not the right place for that call.

Is it safe for kids?

Magnesium chloride baths are commonly used for children, and the ingredients in Tune are gentle. That said, we formulated Tune for adults and the hot-bath protocol isn't appropriate for young children. Ask your GP if you're considering it for a child under 12.

How long does delivery take?

How much does shipping cost?

Standard is $11.00 AUD, free on orders over $100 AUD. Express is $15.00 AUD.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Choose Weekly, Every Other Night, or Nightly bathing. Your plan renews and charges automatically each month until you skip, pause, or cancel — there's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
